Proficient Software Development Manager with 15+ years of global experience leveraging information technology to rapidly deliver business value. Currently working as a Billing Technology Lead at Charter Communications Inc, implementing Charter Spectrum Product Catalog at St. Louis, USA. Skilled with a broad range of disciplines including Business Architecture, General Strategies, Software design and development, Lean/Agile, offshore management, vendor management and process re-engineering. For a short tenure, started my journey in a Sales and Marketing Company that played a vital role in unleashing my interpersonal skills. It was followed by working as a lecturer that helped me bring back my core skills – technology. Spent few months in a ministry of defense technology R&D organization as a trainee before joining the corporate world. In 2003, I started my software development career through one of the software majors, Infosys. Through Infosys, I was part of the development and implementation of a banking solution, FINACLE, for one of India’s leading financial organizations, ICICI Bank. Continued my financial domain journey with another financial major, Citi Financial, through a startup software development company, Intersoft. In 2005, transitioned to a telecommunication domain through Amdocs. During my tenure as a software developer, I was involved in multiple phases of SDLC In 2008 I leaped forward as a team lead, and then a software development manager in 2013.
