Experienced Financial Advisor, Entrepreneur at heart who believes in technology and the African spirit. Throughout my working life, one of my biggest learning has been to always push the envelop a little further. I have worked in key segments of business development - Corporate banking, Commercial Banking and Retail Banking. As a strong advocate of financial inclusion, I believe that technology along with good governance has the power to push Africa forward. I am currently on the board of Women’s World Banking and we have made progress towards financial inclusion of women. Keeping this vision in my, as the person Leading the the wonderful people of Diamond Bank, it has always been my priority to ensure that women in the workplace get the same opportunities as men. What’s also very important to me is to urge as many women as possible to take on more leadership/key roles. At the end of the day, what truly propels me is my vision – to provide best of breed financial and non financial solutions to our customers on our platform through beyond banking collaboration with our partners, and to play a definitive role in the social development and transformation of the people and businesses in our Nigeria.
