Over the past 3 year an interest in asset tracking technology devices IE; Bluetooth beacons, NFC, RFID and QR code devices in conjunction with Progressive Web Apps for marketing and advertising purposes has led me gaining insight to this and more. Including the use of graphic design, editing programs and creating content of which these skills have successfully been applied to Progressive Web Apps, Website creation and content created by myself currently in use. As the world transitions into less person to person interactions and more device oriented solutions Im seeking property management companies and HOA communities to gain interest and find utility in the specific App concepts designed for that industry. From the property management/HOA standpoint the P.W.Apps may be valuable in directing calls, inquiries, payments , complaints,maintenance schedules and much more to the designated location. Freeing up and eliminating unnecessary phone calls opening up valuable time to be spent on those important aspects of the already busy and hectic management company.
