Vaibhav Pawade

I have been working as a Software Engineer with GlobalLogic - A Hitachi Group Company since December 2020, helping one of the largest communication technology companies solve complex business problems through advanced software development. I help clients make business solutions by building high-end business applications and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. In addition to working on building and maintaining high-performance applications, I also play a key role in supporting product management with project estimation and technical design. I am currently working on building a cross-platform application (a mobile app that is compatible with multiple operating systems), which involves solving complex research-oriented problems with innovative solutions. In this project, I work very closely with the client's Product Management for my day to day engineering activities. I also have the added responsibility of coordinating issues with Quality Engineering and participating in architecture and code reviews.
