I monitor and report on predefined sourcing metrics to ensure we meet our goals and follow up on employee referrals to identify potential candidates who could be a perfect fit for our team. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kanpur University, India in 2021, where I gained a solid foundation in business and commerce concepts and skills. I also hold multiple certifications in digital marketing, computer literacy, and skill development, which demonstrate my eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
