 -Developing new CR according the customer requirement. -Investigation and analysis for issues reported in new releases of product. -Experience production cases, fixing production defects, handling outages in production. -Experience in writing scripts for data fix and impacted assessment. -Debugging complex invoicing flows on core environment using local servers. -Performing Sanity tests on new environments for invoicing. -Provide support for SFT Testing and ST Testing for the upcoming releases. -Providing service for AMC (Amdocs Monitoring and Control) and invoicing integration for end to end deployment of Automatic Billing flow. -Develop system architecture, design and code (in) in accordance to the clients' requirements. -Re-creating the reported production issues on core for debugging and testing -Diagnose the issues that are raised during testing at various stages by doing a thorough analysis of cause and effect. -Perform thorough, comprehensive code reviews using the checklist and coding standards in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues/errors in the deliverable.
