I am currently pursuing MS in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. With four years of work experience in Information Technology, the field of Data Engineering intrigued me to choose ITM as my master’s course. In my professional career, I have worked as a backend C developer, where I developed new functionality for the US-based Car Rental Client. Throughout my tenure, I have been part of the Cloud Migration team to migrate C code to AWS Cloud. I also had the opportunity to work as an ETL developer for a period of 2 years. I am an experienced ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) Developer, proficient in developing complex ETLs using the Informatica PowerCenter tool. My work also involved performing Unit and System testing of ETL pipelines, resolving production support tickets by performing root cause analysis of the issues, and providing optimized solutions. I am a competent professional with a strong sense of purpose and good communication and interpersonal skills. My ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn fast has been a boon for my professional career. Skill Set: Programming- Python, C, SQL, R, PLSQL Tools- Informatica PowerCenter, Tableau Analysis Tools- Excel, Jupyter Notebook, R Studio Databases- Oracle I am now looking for internship opportunities for Summer’23 for the roles of Data Engineer, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
