 Provide technical support to the client and ability to troubleshoot solution problems.  Create, design and implementation of demand generation programs in markering tools like Eloqua, harmony, marketo and Adobe platform  Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process and complex program flows.  Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies.  Managed marketing campaigns for various global clients. Responsibilities involve analysis, design and implementation of marketing strategy using Eloqua, Adobe tools (emails, forms, Landing Pages and Integration with CRMs) to help clients reduce/remove the divide between Marketing and Sales by generating, scoring and delivering quality leads to CRM systems, and measuring metrics of campaigns (emails, websites and forms) to help calculate ROI.
