My confidence, reliability and self-motivation coupled with the high expectations I set myself are all characteristics I believe to be responsible for my determination to succeed and achieve. I have a strong sense of integrity and rapidly develop relationships of mutual respect with peers and work colleges of any age. I am very enthusiastic and dedicated in work and tasks set before me. I am familiar with many Microsoft packages and have a vast number of other pragmatic skills that enable me to be flexible and be suited to many different situations. I feel one of my major strengths that I most value is my willingness to put the needs and feelings of others before my own, which gives me a great sense of personal satisfaction and feelings of success. As a highly-motivated individual I have demonstrated enough competence and organizational skills resulting to supervisory position being offered to me. I would to secure a position where I can illustrate all my skills and hard work in a challenging environment, but also where I can be provided with opportunities for growth.
