I’m an experienced Recruiting Programs Coordinator at a fast-paced, growing tech company called Samsara, Inc. I support both of Samsara’s University Recruiting and Events Teams. I graduated from University of California - Berkeley with a degree in Mass Communication & Media Studies. I like breaking complex problems into ambitious goals and clear milestones. It motivates me when I have to juggle multiple projects and execute from beginning to end. I constantly seek new insights and would go outside my comfort zone as I don't believe in doing something just because “it’s always been done that way.” I also love working cross-functionally with others to get things done and building relationships with people. After all, I'm passionate about people, process, and technology. I constantly thrive to develop and improve processes and programs in order to make good things better.
