Thanks to my theoretical education, I was able to develop complete controlling systems for a Middle-sized company, such as Management dashboard, Financial and Operational KPI's, Middle and Long term Financial planning, Cost Centers, Working capital reporting. I have a large-scale understanding of Corporate processes since I have fulfilled the Operational manager position for 3 years. I can see and understand not just the ’dry’ numbers of accounting but also the driven forces of business Operations. I am the kind of person that can and will go down from the ’Number level’ to the reality and evaluate the whole value chain throughout the firm.
