Valentina Borovaya

I am a senior product manager with commercial and marketing alignment. I have +14 years of entrepreneurial experience, identifying ideas, prototyping, and bringing solution for the market. I also have +7 years of client-facing marketing sales experience at Google, specialising in Google Analytics 360. In the last +2 years I am mentoring startup founders on product strategy and growth. I achieve business growth by focusing on customer needs. I use Design Thinking and Lean principles when delivering solutions. I am also hands-on with Google Analytics, A/B testing, growth hacking and content marketing. I had colleagues from +40 different countries and I am used to work in a distributed, remote-friendly, multinational environment. I am currently based in Dublin, Ireland. I am mentoring startup founders on crafting product strategy aligned with product vision, and on achieving product-market fit.
