I also manage the platform implementations, covering all aspects from requirement gathering, UAT to 'Go-Live'.I started my own Consultancy service to offer structured consultancy to SME's, considering all aspects of digital operations, communications, technology and resources. I have over 30yrs in financial services with the last 20 years being involved with strategy, transformation, consultancy and delivery of major e-business projects predominately in the platform space. I provide clients/advisers with consultancy services to help develop their e-business capabilities.- Websites, Platforms, RFI's, Social media strategy & guidelines, business transformation, E-marketing and communications, Business restructures to move from traditional to online, PPC & SEO.My experience spans across the following areas:- Web analytics & digital strategies, CRM and CMS platforms, E-Commerce propositions and transformation projects, UX & CX, Social media, WRAP platforms, Flexible Benefit/ Total reward systems and digital healthcare solutions.I have a thorough understanding of what is involved with the delivery, development and analysis of online services and digital technologies in the UK, Asia and Africa.My focus is ensuring any organisation is aligned with industry developments, maintains and develops electronic services which enhance their overall proposition and fits with their customers requirements.
