Honeywell International – Honeywell Building Technology , Energy Solutions Group Oct 2009- to Sept 2020. Sr Project Manager Specialist-Valerie is responsible for the project management and delivery of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (new construction and retrofits) on Federal Government , Public , Private sector sites. The success of her projects is based upon delivering on time, within budget projects, with emphasis on Scope, Schedule and Cost and her ability to manage subcontractors (union and non- union). One of her priorities is to efficiently and effectively communicate with the customer. Valerie continues to deliver projects with positive financial margins to satisfied customers. Due to the increased emphasis on Cybersecurity protection and communication integration with Building Management Systems and Industrial Control Systems, Valerie has taken several Cybersecurity Post Graduate Courses and completed the U.S. Dept of Homeland Security online 2020 course. Also- at one site- directed the first Geothermal project of Housing Authority Residential units in the City of Scranton. Municipal Housing Authority of Evansville, Indiana Municipal Housing Authority for The City of Yonkers-August 2010- Jan. 2012 Energy conservation and building modernization program spanning 19 developments and the first Geothermal retrofit project for the City of Yonkers for a existing high rise building consisting of heating, ventilation, and air- conditioning systems.
