I am a graduate Occupational Health and Safety professional. Experienced since 2014 in delivering Fire, Health and Safety training, risk assessments and consultancy services to Clients with a diverse portfolio, including both residential and commercial properties.During my experience in property management, I liaised with clients, Local Authorities and property managers, recommending improvements to properties, achieving good standards of safety and legal compliance.Had a brief experience coordinating private and governmental construction projects in Africa (Guinea-Bissau), managing the resources, staff and complying with the delivery deadlines.Property Management:Provision of Fire and General Risk Assessments, H&S management and improvement recommendations for property management companies with portfolios between 700 and 1000 properties. H&S Training Delivery:Delivery of Manual Handling, COSHH, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, and Controlled Exposure to Noise and Vibration training, in both residential and commercial sectors, in order to fulfil the business needs and the legal compliance with HSWA 1974 and MHSWR 1999. Fire Safety Consultancy:Provision of site inspections to residential and commercial premises to assist managing agents to achieve compliance with Regulatory Reform of Fire Safety Order 2005 and British Standards 5839, and ensuring the adequacy of the fire safety control measures (both fire detection appliances and fire-fighting equipment) in place.Provision of Fire Emergency Plans for the evacuation of mixed occupancy and commercial properties.Coordination of Construction Projects:Coordination of construction operations in refurbishment and new built projects to high-end residential properties. Participation in private, commercial, governmental, and international investment projects in Guinea-Bissau.
