I am a dynamic and experienced project manager with a proven ability to manage complex transport projects from start to finish. In my time at Transport NSW, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the transportation sector, and I am passionate about driving positive change. As a project manager, I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of projects from start to finish. I work closely with teams of architects, business professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. I am skilled at managing budgets, leading teams, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
