Additional experience includes working on various large projects such as construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, equipment maintenance, training, interviewing, hiring, terminations and termination, and new store openings. I have always been drawn to roles with a strong focus on problem solving and finding solutions to achieve goals.
