I’m a bi-lingual English - Spanish customer service representative and photographer. I studied business and hospitality management, which has enabled me to follow my passion: people. I truly understand what customer-focused service is all about. I have over 5 years of experience in the hospitality and customer care industries. I've worked in luxury hotels, restaurants, and even technical support for a mobile phone provider. Most recently, I worked for a major cruise line, where I was the Senior Photographer. I photographed weddings, vow renewals, portraits, parties, etc. In addition, I have knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom. Further, my responsibilities have also included managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, arranging transportation, sales, and handling complaints.
