The Individual Placement and Support model integrates employment and vocational support with clinical mental health and non-vocational support, focusing on the needs of young people with mental illness who have employment or education goals. IPS facilitates young people into employment, education & training, provide career development advice, vocational and employment training, develop individual capabilities of young people, engage and participate in community and social activities, assist individuals in identifying educational & employment goals, develop individualised career pathways etc.. What we offer - Free recruitment services, work preparation programs, networking opportunities, training & education avenues for young people, work ready candidates, on the job support for both young people and employers etc.
