I am a technology and business Delivery and Management professional and an established leader with strong financial industry expertise. I am an accomplished relationship builder across business and technology areas and have notable strengths in people leadership, technology delivery & support and program management within complex environments. I specialise in navigating difficult relationships to orchestrate change and achieve the right outcome for the entire organisation and I strive to lead by example. I am passionate about my community and have experience working for NGOs and have volunteered with the Wurundjeri Council and co- collaborated on Project TAP to support and enable women to return to the workforce after long absences. I advocate for, and participate in, NABs African Australian Inclusion Program. I have 20 years local and international experience in banking, transport, media, and superannuation.
