Prior to the merger of Credit Plus and Universal CIS to form our combined brand Xactus, in my role as Chief Financial Officer at Credit Plus, I was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial performance while focusing on long-range business planning to ensure continued growth and successful completion of the M&A transaction. In the new role as SVP Finance at Xactus, I view my contribution as vital to helping the company evolve with constantly changing business and compliance landscapes by driving operational excellence and building enterprise financial data systems. My approach is to provide strategic and tactical financial management and direction to advance Xactus’ ongoing financial transformation. To that end, I oversee the firm’s efforts to further incorporate automation, master data management, financial business process improvements and best-in-class fintech solutions that allow us to further our client service leadership position.
