• Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner • 6months DevOps complete pipeline with AWS on Linux - Durga Software Solutions • Solid experience in Telecom OSS monitoring platform/tools by various vendors: Huawei NCE U2020/M2000/U2000 |ALU QoSAC, ALU NPO-2G/3G/SmallCell | Nokia NetAct | ZTE NetNumen U31 Transmission/Wireless and Core Network. • Analyze KPIs of end-to-end network elements (Wireless, Datacom, Core Transmission, Core Network and some parts of IT infrastructure) • End-to-End Network QoS, QoE and KQI • DSCP QoS implementation for Mobile Backhaul Transport Network (ALU + Huawei) • To assure and maintain QoS before and after Plan work implementation, troubleshooting integration and migration. • Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as MIS, Core Network, Radio RNO/RNP, Operation team, Project/Rollout team, OMC/NMC, and etc. • Consolidation End-to-End Network Quality and KPIs for senior management (Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and yearly trend and analysis) including: - RF Wireless Network dashboard - Transmission | Datacom utilization dashboard - Core Network CS / PS dashboard - HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS KPIs performance analysis report - Facebook cache FNA portal analysis report - Google Cache GGC portal analysis report - Akamai DNS portal analysis report - Local cache traffic analysis report - BGP peering | Local Peering reporting. - Oracle Communications SBC analysis report - Orange IPX GTP and SS7 analysis report - CMI IPX GTP and Diameter analysis report - Subscriber, voice and data traffic analysis forecasting trend for planning/networking dimensioning • Work closely with MIS team for engineering site database. • Coordinate with vendors and relevant team for new project and in-house project. • Network QoS and Performance report analysis for senior management. • More ad-hoc analysis report required by senior management (i.e for senior management meeting, for Telecom Regulator Cambodia - TRC, ... )
