I joined Sedgwick when it was GAB Robins NZ Ltd in June 2002. At that time I had no experience of the insurance industry, other than a couple of small personal claims I had made on my own behalf. Since that time I have been involved in a multitude of interesting, large and also bizarre claims and have encountered people from all walks of life. I enjoy never knowing what to expect. The most satisfying work in the industry to date is being able to see and experience up close the devastation and damage caused by the Canterbury Earthquakes and more recently the Kaikoura Earthquake.
