During June 2019- March 2020 ,I worked on GCGV Olefins project at Yokohama , Japan in Chiyoda ‘s offices Chiyoda is an EPC on this project and I worked in Application group as a owner engineer ( part of Exxon Mobil Team overseeing Chiyoda’s work.)KBR is providing resources and support to Exxon Mobil. Last year in May I completed TUV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineer’s course and obtained the certification so now certified Functional safety EngineerI am well experienced in Instrumentation & Process Control and Automation system as a specialist with specialised experience in Honeywell EXPERION PKS ,YOKOGAWA DCS, SIS system using Triconex , AB contrologix PLC systems ,functional safety and PSMAlso has great experience in Project management/ engineering with technical expertise in developing Main Automation Contract (MAC) specifications,APC, RTO, OTS, Asset management , Foundation Field-bus specification and other Sub systems. Developed $150 Million MAC Emerson Delta V package for a Petrobras , Brazil a Mega refinery and petrochemical project ( COMPERJ) and designed one of the largest integrated Control room including Ergonomic study and design. Executed successfully many projects using Honeywell EXPERION PKS,TDC 3000, ABB/Bailey Symphony DCS system ; designed, engineered many SIS and FGS systems to protect safety of petrochemical plants, Refineries, Gas processing plants. Successfully implemented new ARS Ethylene Technology and semi-automatic decoking sequence for Thai Olefins Ethylene furnaces ensuring critical safety aspects of the plantsDeveloped PFD' s. P&ID’s, wrote control narratives and system descriptions Developed control logic and sequence and safety shutdown logic for petrochemical and power projects.Hands-on Leader skilled in balancing client requirements, project objectives and technology capabilities.Evaluated, selected and implemented DCS, PLC systems for six Petrochemical ,NGL and gas processing plant.Innovative thinker adept at leveraging technology and strong techniques to improve safety Specialties
