* 6+ years of hands-on and technical design experience in developing ECM Solutions using AEM(AEM 6.3, AEM 6.2,AEM 6.1) and JAVA/J2EE in challenging and Agile work environments. * Actively involved in the Design phase of projects by developing POC's. * Have good expertise in Web Content Management with AEM/CQ5, DTM, Solr, SonarQube, Atlassian Stack, Jenkins, ORM, JAVA/J2EE, OSGI, REST and Maven skills * Have complete experience in AEM implementations from Planning, Technical Design, Development, Delivery and Maintenance.  Define a content model for content/assets that can accommodate future requirements.  Defines the necessary concepts to use in AEM (Designs, Workflows, Tagging, Schedulers, Listeners, Adobe Consulting Services, Console customizations) based on business requirements.  Create specifications for custom components.  Administer AEM with the security checklist.  AEM Environment Stabilization and Maintenance and performance. * Have experience in preparing project build plans and assigning tasks with estimations, Coordinating and completing in the timelines.
