Process, Operations, HSE, Projects & Economics Director-Training & Technical Services with over 31 years of experience in Oil & Gas field. 21 years worked in UOP Technologies in Refineries and Petrochemicals and 10 years with Honeywell UOP licensing company. I am passionate with giving Training and shift from Plant Operations to Technical & Training Services Department in 2006. Making Animations is my hobby & converted all Refinery Process Units & Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil chemistry training programs into Animations format. The young generation graduated Engineers & Operation staff much connected with my Animations presentations and they gained the knowledge with ease. Converted Refinery Process Units and Hydrocarbon chemistry presentations into 2D & 3D Animation format. I have worked in various International Oil Companies in APAC and EMEA region. I started my career working in the Refining and Petrochemicals industry in India in 1992 and since held several positions around the world in Plant Operations, Technical Services, and Training Services. Worked in the commissioning of a number of Major Projects with UOP & Dow chemicals in India and Overseas. As a Training specialist, I trained both fresh & experienced Operators & Engineers in various Refineries and Petrochemicals in India, Malaysia and in Middle East. I trained more than 1,000 Operators & Engineers of different nationalities from Far-East, Middle East and European regions. I have training 23 different Nationalities as on date. Most of my Trainees in ORPIC now became Managers and one of them is the Vice President now. I worked closely with Operations department in various industries, identified training needs of those staff & developed training programs using Animation in order to facilitate the transfer of information. Apart from Refinery Process Units training, I am also providing, Refinery Business Economic Training , Introduction to Refinery Process, HSE Training programs, Field Safety Training program, General Engineering Training programs, On-The-Job training & Simulator Training programs.
