Currently working as part of the separation management office during a carve out project with focus on procurement and transferring services. BPM for the end to end processes for the Unify Cloud Portfolio. I supported the product house for new product launches as well optimising and documenting existing process for the cloud business. I worked as Process mining and optimization consultant with Celonis and UiPath for Atos North America. I used to work as Atos’s Senior business analyst in the Order to Cash Germany department for the Unify Software and Solutions division. Part of my responsibilities were to maintain the customer' contracts, to support to my teammates regarding the difficult queries/cases, to perform a quality check for my team, to process new orders and to serve as point of contact between the different departments. As the representative for OTC in the Process Excellence team I work on various projects for process optimizations and automations based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Previously, I was Supplier support expert at Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where I supported the suppliers of CCH Austria and CCH Switzerland regarding the purchasing administration, invoicing and payments, I also had daily communication with internal financial departments. Before that I worked as fraud prevention analyst and online transaction specialist at Sitel Bulgaria for MoneyGram Online. I used to review and analyze transactional data for potential suspicious activity, resolve in-bound partner’/customer requests using phone communication and liaise with various internal departments. Being part of Sitel’s Track Training program for learning specialist, I created power point presentations and Excel reports, I was also helping with the on the job training and nesting period of the newcomers.
