From an early age I’ve always been deeply interested in the way things work. As a kid, I remember I was more excited to explore what’s inside of a toy than playing with it. 🛠️ Whilst commuting to school on a bus, feeling that gust of the wind always made me curious to know how these vehicles take people from one place to another at different speeds. At high school, Mathematics became my favorite subject as I loved solving problems. This led me to pursuing my passion for learning and finding solutions to real-world problems by completing my 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 at Osmania University India. I continued to explore my curiosity by pursuing my 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 where I passed with exceptional results. (GPA 4.61) 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 💡 End-to-End Design, Production and Installation 💡 Manufacturing 💡 Production Engineering 💡 Commissioning & De-commissioning 💡 Quality Control 💡 Design builder, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, Hyperworks 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 🏆 Conducted a comprehensive research on 3D-Bio printing of Hydrogels using computational Fluid dynamics simulations in ANSYS. 🏆 Conducted data analysis and simulation planning for thermal power plant using Modelica, developed PIDs (Process information diagrams) for a 220KW unit and conducted system simulations which improved plant efficiency by 2% in peak load conditions. 🏆 Managed 3D drawings for cooling tower layouts through AutoCAD whilst adhering to design standards and procedures and improving BOM accuracy by 15% through optimising design processes.
