With an extensive background in advising high net worth individuals and families, Venn has worked in senior roles in top-tier international accounting firms as well as a global investment bank. Qualified as both a lawyer and chartered accountant, Venn moved into personal and corporate financial advisory, including specialist strategic advice, tax structures, employee share schemes and self-managed superannuation funds. He also has expertise in cross jurisdictional strategies and advice including family succession, estate planning, and bespoke investment management across a range of tax- effective structures.With increasing offshore interest in Australian investment opportunities and an extensive local network, Venn is able to provide introductions to a range of investment projects for wholesale and sophisticated investors. He works with high net worth individuals and families, Australian expatriates and overseas direct investors particularly from Asia.Venn is also active in the not for profit sector and for a number of years sat on the Investment Board of the Archdiocese of Parramatta.
