Topics I passionately talk about are: #leadership (female leadership), #sustainability, #vegan, and #strategy. ➡#Strategy: I am Director Sales Strategy at Sixt, a global mobility provider. I love to think outside the box 📦, think creative, going new pathes and putting different pieces of puzzles together – however always within a strategic frame. One of my 2 master degrees I also did in strategic marketing, which prepared me best for my current position. ➡#Female Leadership 👱‍♀️: Within 5 years of working at Sixt I managed to get from Junior Manager to Director. Sure, there is always some luck needed for that plus within @SIXT people see your extra mile and reward that! But I also managed to get there with ambition, hard work and the will to progress. As I am working more than I have private time this attitude really got underneath my skin and shaped my personality – also in private life. ➡#Sustainability 🍃: I would say that (apart from flying) my lifestyle is rather sustainable. I do not have a car, because I don’t need one (even though I work for Sixt). Since 5 years I am vegan (I also wrote a book --“Vegan Parenting” on Amazon). I started out of health reasons, but now I am fully convinced by this lifestyle due to the positive climate effect, less animal harming and because I want to contribute to a future of our planet where my daughter will live on. This sustainable thinking also impacted my working ideas, e.g. with creating the #E-Mobility Expert Circle in order to find solutions together.
