I’m a food fanatic who has been in the business for over 25 years. My activities range from Michelin Star restaurants, boutique hotels, to Global Innovation R&D Chef. I have worked with some of the best chefs in Europe. Having visited and worked in over 10 European countries I have had the immense pleasure of experiencing and integrating within many different cultures and communities helping me to appreciate, understand and adapt to people from all walks of life. Moreover, my experience covers topics ranging from catering to pastry/bakery and from permaculture to sustainability and knowledge sharing. Being passionate and operating in the culinary, permaculture and farm to fork movement I evolved and innovated on a constant basis, so I appreciate the need to re-evaluate and adapt where required to succeed in this ever-evolving world. I’m no stranger to hard work, dedication, and resilience.
