Vernis Stanaland

Vernis J Stanaland, President of Stanaland Corporation, has been engaged in commercial real estate sales and development since 1974. Over the years, Vernis and his partners have been responsible for development of commercial and residential properties valued in excess of $100 Million. Each project reflects a commitment of excellence from the family-oriented subdivisions to the multimillion dollar luxury lodging properties. Native to Nacogdoches, Texas, Vernis has raised his family in Tyler for the past 50 years. He has been involved in the community by serving on the Bullard ISD School Board and a Pastor of Tyler Primitive Baptist Church. He is a Broker and member of the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce and the National, State and local Boards of Realtors.
