• In depth knowledge of the employment/recruitment markets within region including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan • Recruiting across a number of skill sets, sectors and managing multiple campaigns and roles • End-to-end professional recruitment experience at mid to senior level • Experience in working with vendors to achieve recruitment and fulfillment targets • Competency based interviewing experience at all levels • In depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, recruitment methods and candidate search techniques • Project management experience with proven track record of delivering against critical projects • A strong ability to network and identify market movers and influencers within each country • Experience in running digital and off line media campaigns • Knowledge of Referral Schemes and potential legislation and/or cultural acceptance • Internal mobility – promotion/career development • Internal stakeholder management experience • Involve in RFI and RFP process • Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects • Possess an energetic and dynamic character with the passion to work in a focused recruitment role • Constantly assess process steps to identify opportunities for improvement • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment within tight deadlines • Ability to adapt to a fluid, unstructured environment and ability to produce results with little supervision.
