I have lived in Australia for the past 13 years and recently returned to Czech Republic. I have Australian and Czech citizenship. Outgoing, efficient and responsible team player. In past years I have worked as a event coordinator on a tropical island; project coordinator in real estate & development Sydney based firm and as an executive assistant with LIDIS (nearly 4 years with the company). In my role as events coordinator I was responsible for planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Making sure the logistics work out without any issues, keeping everything within the allocated budget and ensuring that the event itself is carried out smoothly. As a project coordinator I supported project team by creating reports, budgeting and other administrative requirements around the project. I also have extensive experience as a executive assistant where I particularly worked in office administration, bookkeeping and communication with business partners, customers and suppliers. I also have experience in hospitality working as bar supervisor, yoghurt store supervisor & team leader. Skill set - organizational, event planning, computer (tech-savvy), administrational and graphic design skills.
