With a background filled with various experiences, each of them have made me the professional that I am today. I am independent of reassuring and routine skills (I know how to think differently, I excel when unforeseen happen and I carbide to the challenges). Very passionate and rigorous manager, with a leader profile that uses coaching (I am a certified Facilitator of Thomas Crane's The Heart of Coaching development program), always looking for teamwork, rigor and closeness with the management team to achieve the stated objectives. Trust, communication and organizational culture are important aspects for me in choosing to embark on a new adventure. Having started very early in my career, I gained a lot of experience through the various operational and strategic projects that I was entrusted with, namely in sales, marketing, technology, operations, product development and development business, human resources and even finance. My work has always been very linked to numbers and my understanding of them has always allowed me to better plan, analyze and control the resources needed for these projects. In addition, my ability to learn and my various computer skills have always allowed me to be autonomous and versatile during analysis (with Excel) and even at the marketing level (with the Adobe suite). Eternal curious, I like to deepen my knowledge to improve myself constantly. My studies and implications have been beneficial in parallel with my job and have allowed me to develop strong synthesizing skills when it is time to analyze, plan and implement projects and mandates.
