I´m a Health and Social Care student at Anglia Ruskin University London aiming to complete my studies by the end of 2020. I gained my care experience mostly by working with elderly people, but also some older adults with mental health problems and adults with spinal cord injuries. Working as a Head of Care, Care Coordinator and Deputy Manager gave me insight in the administrative aspect of running a care facility and challenged my leadership skills and decision making. I´m a team player, but I´m also able to work independently using initiative and informed decision making. I´m highly organised and reliable, capable of planning, prioritizing and multi-tasking to meet the demands of the service.
