My background includes serving as a generalist sales associate within both merchandise, cashier and customer service knowledge. Most recently, I worked on all tree areas in Victoria’s Secrete, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods, and offer each customer the best possible service, quality, value and selection. Previously, I worked at a nonprofit shop and I a office with a clerical position . In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to communicate within the company with employees and supervisors about ways to get the most productivity, but still offer the excellent service. I also bring to the table the ability to build strong customer relationships and build individual sales volume, and two years of college (business major).
