I understand the importance of clear, concise communication and collaborative working and use my drive and focus to always get the job done. With my systematic, project planning approach, I am able to see issues before they arise and use my knowledge and experience across multiple product areas across different customer segments to find the best possible commercial solution. I have developed the ability to initiate successful and innovative ideas, following them through from conception to completion. Having worked for both major Retailers and Suppliers, I have an in-depth understanding of the sampling process and garment construction. Having this understanding helps me work collaboratively with factories and understand realistically cost and timelines of each project. My real strength lies in my ability to communicate trends into commercial garments and to design in line with the customer’s brand.
