Proven track record in building, mentoring and managing high performing teams.  Extensive financial management and control experience in listed and unlisted companies – accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, company secretarial, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and IT.  Strategy development and execution – strategic plan development, purpose, values and business objectives, balanced scorecard, restructuring/cost reduction/efficiencies, project management and change management.  Commercial leadership – contributed/ tested innovative ideas and strategies, strong analytical and commercial capabilities, complex business modelling (FAST), data visualisation, creating and presenting proposals and tenders and contract negotiation.  Merger and acquisition activity – managed small to mid-sized acquisitions, integrations and divestments end to end.
