My first introduction to the home lending business was in Denver, CO when I took a position at World Savings as a loan processor. That was in 1972! We used typewriters to draw our documents. In Nashville, TN in 1975 I worked as a loan originator, and in that experience, we actually had a loan committee that we would present our applications to. Fast forward to California, 1993 when I went back into the business, after taking time out to work for my family's fresh fruit packing business. It is helping people through one of their most important financial decisions that keeps me so committed to my profession. At the end of the day, I want my borrower to believe that I always worked to complete the process with his best interests at heart. I want my borrowers to be raving fans!
