Having worked in a number of business critical environments where the delivery of high quality support and project are essential I have varied experienced both as a manager and as a technician, some of the key recent projects have been a data centre relocation project, various service transformation projects, major offshore relocation project and more recently PCI DSS compliance programs. Having been involved in the offshore relocation project I have proved myself to be someone who is willing to take responsibility to ensure that the offshore program was completed to a high standard and that the UK exit strategy was handled efficiently and in a professional manor. I have a proven track record for being able to adapt to change. BT is an evolving organisation who expect their management team to adapt to new business requirements and be able to not only manage the technical delivery but to also be able to manage the business requirement to ensure all needs are taken into account.
