With over 20 years experience in the industry I chose to join Travel Counsellors when my daughter came along. Owning my own business franchise it was back to the basics of building a customer base which has grown purely through repeat and referral business. Only through an outstanding level of service, knowledge and professionalism, using all the various skills I have attained in the last 20 years in Tour Operating has my business thrived, and continues to do so. Travel Counsellors allows me to tailor make any trip or holiday, as I have always done. This applies equally to short-haul and long-haul trips with elements including rail, cruise and tours as well as flights and hotels. We contract with hundreds of hotels and suppliers as well as all major airlines worldwide, both scheduled and lowcost. I also work directly with a number of hotels where necessary for my customers. Whilst my focus is the Leisure Market I do assist a number of customers with their Business needs, especially for detailed USA multi-centre trips as I have the latest GDS technology available to me.
