I am Registered Nurse and have operated in the Independent Sector since 1991 in a variety of roles. I am currently responsible Person with CQC, RQIA and Care Inspectorate for the elderly care services withinn MMCG . I have extensive experience in managing and motivating teams of senior managers. Leading a team of Area Managers, Quality Assurance manager, Human Resource / Training Managers in order to maximise commercial and quality outcomes. I am responsible for the elderly care services of the organisation ensuring that core values are maintained whilst maximising opportunities for growth and expansion leasing with outside agencies including Local authorities and other Commissioners. Leading tender process for new business opportunities.
