I am a results driven commercial leader who is passionate about success. With over 20 years of retail experience in a variety of categories, from luxury stores to off price retailing, including standalone stores, concessions, outlets, department stores and wholesale. I have a clear understanding of what good looks like. And ultimately what drives the customer to buy into a brand. This experience has allowed me to demonstrate a strong understanding of retail operations and what needs to be achieved. I am able to think and work strategically, or roll my sleeves up and get stuck in. I am confident and have been effective in communicating and managing change. I am also used to effectively managing a number of projects while continuing to drive sales success. I truly believe that people are the key to a successful business and I therefore invest time in my people, creating loyalty and drive in my teams. I am a strong communicator and strongly believe in honesty and integrity, and I expect the same in return. I lead from the front, setting a clear direct goal for everyone and follow up consistently.
