Having a Master’s degree in Psychology doesn’t make me a psychologist. It just makes me understand myself better, understand people better. It makes me realize how different people are and how interesting the world is. People are built largely by experience. As to a job, past experience is also paid a lot of attention to. However, it’s not exactly what one did before that matters. It is from what one (not) did you can see one’s characteristics, ways of thinking, how one treats others and the world. I recently relocated from Saxo Shanghai office to Saxo Singapore office which is a great opportunity to learn both professionally and privately. Working as Service Process Manager has the responsibility to improve our clients' experience on our trading platform and improve our internal service process - efficiency and quality both.
