Victor Badell

Victor Badell is Founder and Managing Partner at Badell Immigration Law, a boutique law firm concentrated on providing quality and efficient representation of business based immigration, family based immigration and naturalization/citizenship. Mr. Badell has a vast experience in different cases of immigration matters, such as business and family petitions, including, H-1B, L-1, L-1A, L-B1, O-1, EB-5, E-2, J-1, F-1, M-1 and temporary visitors visa B-1/B-2. In addition, he advises on PERM / labor certification applications. Mr. Badell also has successfully represented clients before Immigration Courts on Removal proceedings. Additionally, Mr. Badell handles several types of federal taxation matters, including pre-immigration planning and representation before the IRS. Victor is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He holds an LL.M in Taxation from University of Florida and an LL.M in International Business Law from American University, Washington College of Law. Mr. Badell is also CEO and Cofounder of MarkGurus, a company committed to the management and consultancy in the trademark registration and process before the United States Trademark and Patent Office. Prior to Badell Immigration, Mr. Badell worked for AOL Latin America as Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs and Manager of Business Development from the Dulles offices in Virginia.
