Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and passionate about living in this city! What puts myself on my feet everyday is the belief that we can change the status quo if we work hard enough. For me, what I want to change is to make Brazil a hub of innovation, one of the greatest in the world. Today, as Content Marketing Supervisor at Gupy, I help people find the job of their dreams and to close the gap of unemployment, making people happier and more productive, which is totally aligned to my purpose. To perform at my best I had to learn SEO, SEM, Growth Hacking, Web Analytics, CRO, A/B Test, Inbound Marketing, Social Media, E-mail Marketing, just to name a few. What I discovered through my career is that I love working with startups, business, entrepreneurs, digital marketing and very dynamic and innovative ecosystems. Before I work for Gupy, the top solution for HR in Brazil, I worked for a couple startups that help me to acquire knowledge in very challenging environment, and before that I had an experience at SAP, one of the biggest technology companies in the world, as an intern to understand the impact of technology in the business community and what are the possibilities that we can bring to the future. Talking about education, I decided to studies business administration mainly because it offers a holistic view of the market, and I for me was the ideal education to start building my T-shaped set of skills. I decided to deep dive in marketing, as I became a junior entrepreneur during my academic years. Also, a very important part of my life is being able to help people and share knowledge, that why I always keep a window open to anyone that wants to talk to me, I mentored a few that came to me here on LinkedIn and volunteered as a mentor for Gama Academy, helping students that want to work with growth. If you can come away with one thing from this little presentation it's that my journey is based on lifelong learning and I believe that through knowledge we will create this hub of innovation.
