Victor Shabalin

For the past 7 years I’ve been working starting from junior quality engineer to senior quality engineer and team lead. Working in highly professional companies my role and tasks vary a lot. I worked as a test engineer on games development projects and now as a senior at web development department. On fixed length projects, I do functional and administrative tasks. I interact a lot with internal departments and external vendors to try to understand their needs and problems. My hobby is self education and I can't imagine my life without learning and challenges. My goal is to impact on processes and co-workers to make product qualitative and working process easier and clearer. To make life easier!
