I am an experienced HR professional with broad experience relating to all aspects of the employment life cycle, from senior recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, organisational change, termination and employment tribunal litigation. I am a confident, commercial minded, proactive and pragmatic individual who enjoys being embedded in the business as a team player and problem solver. I have worked as part of team and equally happy working remotely within the public, charity and private sector.
