Victoria Kempton

I am a second year undergraduate student with a keen interest in development and land acquisitions. I am seeking a summer internship to apply my previous experience with a small housing developer and valuation surveyor. I have a special interest in the residential market as I believe the future years hold a lot of opportunity and could be very exciting in finding new innovative ways to meet high housing demand with limited amount of land available. However, I am always open to the option of joining the commercial sector. My experience in retail and domiciliary care has made me understand the importance in putting the customer first and trying to exceed expectations whilst giving me strong team work and communication skills. Through personally planning and organising a 1400-mile cycle with my twin sister, I have proven that I am dedicated to persevering through to completing a task or challenge set by myself.
